The Session
Steph will join local authors Bernadette Gavin and Jacquie McRae in a panel discussion celebrating the latest diverse works by Raglan’s local authors.
The Book
Steph will be sharing a snapshot of the book she is currently writing, The Resilience Book (sub title yet to be decided!).
The Resilience Book is an extensive and extremely practical guide to identifying and developing resilience; a desirable trait that in today’s world, is needed more than ever. The book covers what resilience is, why it’s important and how you can become more resilient. It includes tips for building resilience including well-proven tools, techniques and exercises to build and strengthen your resilience. The book also draws on research to identify what contributes to a person being resilient, and what reduces resilience.

A prolific author, Steph’s previous books include Goal Setting: 7 Principles to Achieve Remarkable Success: Using the P.E.R.F.E.C.T. strategy to create your future (2016), Presentations That Rock (2016), REAL People Skills (2015) and Inside Your Mind (2015).
All of Steph’s books are available as eBooks from her website.
